We charge a flat $60 fee per delivery order. That means, even if your order requires 2 vans, you pay $60.
Material pricing is an aggregate of our distribution points and brands around the city. We pick our partners carefully based on quality of materials, availability and service. We leverage our buying power to get you quality materials, without supply chain hassle.
If you order frequently, you could save on delivery fees by becoming a RenoRun PRO+ member, which gives you unlimited same-day deliveries for $199 per month or $1,999 per year. Visit our website for more information or call us at 1-844-RENORUN.
We accept all major credit cards. All payments are secure and processed directly through the app during checkout. If you have a number of projects on the go, you have the option of storing several credit cards that are associated with your different projects.
We try to get deliveries to you in as little as 2 hours.
If you have specific drop instructions for our drivers to follow, you have a few options:
- When placing your order through the app, you can leave detailed drop instructions in the checkout step.
- Call us! Dial 1-844-RENORUN and let us know the drop instructions. We’ll make sure your driver stays informed.
- Chat with us! Open your RenoRun app and click the blue “live chat” button. Tell us your drop instructions and order number, then we’ll take care of the rest.
- If you need walk-in service, you can specify that too in checkout. We offer ground floor walk-ins for an additional fee to make your life easier.
We deliver materials using our fleet of vans, flatbeds and booms. Call us if your project requires a custom delivery request that falls outside our catalog at 1-844-RENORUN.

Let us know what you need to be returned -- we will pick it up and refund the amount, so long as it has been less than 30 days. We charge a flat rate of $60 and a 15% restocking fee for any return.
Adding items to your order is easy, and there are a few ways you can do this:
- Call us at 1-844-RenoRun and have your order number ready. We’ll create the add-on for you and make sure it gets delivered with your original order.
- Chat with us via the in-app chat. Hit the blue “live chat” button inside the app to launch this customer service feature. Let us know what item you need to add, as well as your original order number and we’ll get it done for you.
Note that we can only add items to your order until the driver arrives at one of our distribution centers. If you add items after your driver has entered a distribution center, we will simply create a new order and deliver it to you ASAP.
We have an in-app chat function to communicate any problems or questions you may have. A member of our crew will respond within 15 minutes during working hours. Please make sure to enable notifications from the RenoRun App to make sure never to miss a response!
Yes! In our app, you can schedule any one-hour window in the next week.
Nope! There are no minimum orders.
Custom Orders are charged on a case by case basis.

Yes, we will deliver materials anywhere on the first floor for an additional fee. Call 1-844-RENORUN to get pricing on your walk-in. Select walk-in in your checkout and because pricing is on a case-by-case basis we’ll get in touch to tell you how much.
Our standard deliveries are curbside, which means that we drop materials anywhere within 10-20 feet of where we park our truck.

RenoRun PRO+(RRP) is a subscription service for builders who purchase materials multiple times per month. Based on the number of orders placed, builders are able to unlock peace of mind while accessing further net savings and efficiency through this service.
Builders benefit from several advantages of the RenoRun PRO+ plan, including cost savings, labor-cost savings and greater convenience. Think of how much you spend to send your crew or yourself to the hardware store during the job, then multiply that cost by the number of runs you make per month. Depending on the number of monthly runs you do, you could save thousands by switching to RenoRun PRO+.

Like our regular services, there are no minimum order requirements or criteria needed to take advantage of RenoRun PRO+.
RenoRun PRO+ members only pay their subscription fee to get access to unlimited same day at no cost. Scheduled deliveries are 50% off for RenoRun PRO+ customers, at $30 per run.
RenoRun PRO+ subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Please contact our Customer Service department if you would like to cancel your subscription. Call 1-844-RenoRun to reach RenoRun Customer Service during regular business hours. You can also send Customer Service and email at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will respond to you as soon as business hours resume.
RenoRun PRO+ returns are handled like any other. You tell us what you need returned and we pick it up and refund the amount, so long as it has been less than 30 days. We charge a flat rate of $60 to pick up any returns. If you need to return materials due to quality, that’s different. Despite our material-quality policy, if you happen to get a defective piece of materials delivered to you, we’ll replace that free of charge.
Our dedicated customer service agents monitor deliveries and contact the customers as soon as any potential delays arise, to give a warning and see if we need to re-schedule.
RenoRun PRO+ subscription services will automatically be renewed on the date you subscribed. Depending on how your membership was set-up it will renew on a monthly or yearly basis. Automatic renewal is a more seamless experience, but you can cancel at anytime. To cancel your RenoRun PRO+ subscription please contact our Customer Service department at 1-844-RenoRun.
If you’re currently a RenoRun PRO+ customer who subscribed as a monthly member, but would like to take advantage of even more savings on a yearly membership, please call customer service. Once your paid month expires, your card will be charged for your year membership. Your subscription will automatically renew on a yearly basis moving forward. You can cancel your yearly PRO+ membership at any time but will not be refunded the subscription fee.
